So after alot of hard graft Abbott Nu Jazz LIVE band is almost ready for the band Launch on Friday 13th April. There is some groovy fresh material and we are super excited to launch it live. woop woop !!!

Abbott Nu Jazz LIVE band is finally complete

So after a good year of searching for the right band members and organizing repertoire + live setup and a SAMA nomination under the belt, I am proud to announce that Abbott Nu Jazz is complete and ready to hit the stage. The first show as a full band is booked for Friday the 13th (Moehaha!!!!) of April at Hout Bay Harbour Market. The Market will be staying open a lil later than usual on that night. We will be playing from round 8pm till 10pm.

Fokofpoliesiekar Wedding

So don't ask me why, but the hardcore rockstars from Fokofpoliesiekar requested some mellow jazz at the bassists (Wynand) wedding saturday past. Abbott Acoustic had the privilege to perform at this wedding and had a great time. These hard rockers are actually a really pleasant bunch of people. I hope the newly weds have a great life together and makes lots of little rocker babies.
